Looking for Mommas who want to RUN!

I need testers to try out my new no-pain and no-peeing workouts to build back your running game this summer!

Are you a new-ish mom who wants to build back your core and total-body strength as you reintroduce running? This program is for you, and I’m looking for honest feedback as you try a couple of the workouts.

No cost or commitment, just your feedback on 3 workouts I will provide each week starting April 15th.

You will receive:

  • A Pilates workout for at home - designed to restore your core and pelvic floor and build back your butt

  • A Strength for runners workout - you can do at home or take to the gym.

  • A simple outdoor or treadmill run workout to get you started back running

There is no obligation to join or commit to any future paid program, just your input after you try the workouts!
